Frequently asked questions
Who pays the creators?
You do, directly — by bank transfer, UPI, PayPal or however you already pay people. AffGo never holds or moves the money. We calculate what each creator is owed, prepare the payables and statements, and record your payment reference.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Creators never pay AffGo, and there are no payout fees for anyone.
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Growth, with no card needed. When the trial ends you move to Free unless you've chosen a plan — nothing is deleted.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
You'll see a clear message naming the limit when you try to add more. Nothing you already have is removed, and nothing is silently dropped.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing whenever you like.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan's features stay on for 7 days while you update your card. After that the workspace moves to Free. Your data is never deleted.
Do you take a cut of commissions?
No. AffGo is a flat monthly subscription. Commissions go from you to your creators in full.
