FAQ
Questions founders ask first
Who pays the creators?
You do, directly — by bank transfer, UPI, PayPal or however you already pay people. AffGo never holds or moves the money. We calculate what each creator is owed, hold it through your refund window, prepare the payables export and statements, and record your payment reference so both sides can see it's settled.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Creators never pay AffGo, and there are no payout fees on either side.
How does tracking work?
Creators share their affiliate links. You report signups and sales with our JavaScript pixel, a server-to-server API call, or by pointing a Stripe webhook at AffGo. Test mode lets you check the whole path before you go live.
Can I bring my existing affiliates?
Yes. Invite them by email — up to 100 at a time — or add them through the API, and they work alongside the creators you find in the marketplace. Past conversions can be imported from a CSV so your reporting keeps its history.
What does AI matching do?
It compares what your program sells with each creator's content and audience, then suggests the best fits with a plain-language reason. It's included on Growth and Scale.
